Final Response
We'll work to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Where required, we'll provide our final written response within eight weeks, outlining our findings and any action we've taken.
Independent Review
If you're not satisfied with our final response, or eight weeks have passed, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for an independent review.
