1. Eligibility

This offer is valid from 1 August onwards and applies only to referrals made on or after this date. Referrals submitted before 1 August will not be eligible. The offer is open exclusively to existing clients of Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers who are aged 18 or over.

2. Referral Process
To qualify for the £50 Amazon voucher, the referred friend must:
• Be a new client of Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers.
• Mention your name as the referrer at the initial point of contact.
• Complete a qualifying transaction (e.g. a successful mortgage, remortgage, or protection policy).

3. Reward Issuance
• The £50 Amazon voucher will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the referred client’s qualifying transaction being completed.
• Only one voucher will be issued per referral, regardless of the number of services the referred friend takes up.

4. Qualifying Transactions
• Qualifying transactions include: mortgages (first-time buyers, home movers, remortgages) and protection policies (e.g. life insurance, income protection).
• General enquiries or incomplete transactions do not qualify.

5. Limitations
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless otherwise stated.

6. Right to Withhold
Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers reserves the right to withhold or cancel vouchers if fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

7. Changes to the Offer
The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
