1. Eligibility
This offer is valid from 1 August 2025 onwards and applies only to referrals made after this date.
If you are a first-time client with Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers, you may also be eligible for a £50 Amazon voucher, provided this incentive was clearly mentioned at your initial consultation. Eligibility is confirmed at the time of your appointment and cannot be applied retrospectively.
The scheme is open to existing clients aged 18 or over who have completed a qualifying transaction with us.
2. Referral Requirement
- The referred client must be new to Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers.
- The referral must be declared at the initial point of contact.
- Referrals cannot be added retrospectively.
3. Reward Conditions
- £50 Amazon voucher issued after completion.
- Issued within 30 days of completion.
- One voucher per referral.

5. Fair Use
