Refer a friend and receive a £50 Amazon voucher when they complete a qualifying mortgage or protection case with us.

1. Eligibility

This offer is valid from 1 August 2025 onwards and applies only to referrals made after this date.

First-Time Client Note:
If you are a first-time client with Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers, you may also be eligible for a £50 Amazon voucher, provided this incentive was clearly mentioned at your initial consultation. Eligibility is confirmed at the time of your appointment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The scheme is open to existing clients aged 18 or over who have completed a qualifying transaction with us.

2. Referral Requirement

  • The referred client must be new to Gordon Blair Mortgage & Insurance Brokers.
  • The referral must be declared at the initial point of contact.
  • Referrals cannot be added retrospectively.

3. Reward Conditions

  • £50 Amazon voucher issued after completion.
  • Issued within 30 days of completion.
  • One voucher per referral.

4. Qualifying Transactions

  • Mortgages (first-time buyer, remortgage, home mover)
  • Buy-to-let mortgages
  • Protection policies

5. Fair Use

All referrals must be recorded at the time of introduction.

6. Visibility Requirement

Referral must be recorded via link, QR code, leaflet, or advisor confirmation.

7. Abuse & Withholding

We reserve the right to withhold vouchers if misuse is detected.

8. Changes

This offer may change or be withdrawn at any time.

When do I receive my £50 voucher?

Within 30 days after your referred friend completes a qualifying mortgage or protection case with us.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make using your referral link.

Can I claim a referral after someone has already enquired?

No. The referral must be submitted via your referral link before the initial enquiry is made and cannot be added retrospectively.

What counts as a qualifying case?

A completed mortgage (first-time buyer, remortgage, or buy-to-let) or protection policy such as life or income protection arranged through your referral link.
